Location
The Connors Family Retreat and Conference Center will be the host of our national session outside of Boston, Massachusetts. For more information about the conference center, please visit their website: http://www.bc.edu/offices/retreat/home.html The 78.5-acre property alongside the Charles River includes a 51,000-square-foot main building and two smaller structures, walking trails, tennis and basketball courts and open field space. During your time at The Connors Family Retreat and Conference Center you will be sharing a room with 1 other participants. Each room has single beds. You will enjoy 3 full meals a day and plenty of snacks!
Packing List
We want you to be fully prepared for your week at The LeaderShape Institute. Print out these packing guidelines so you won't be the only one on Day 6 not dressed up or only have flip flops for the challenge course!
You will note on the packing list that cell phone are not allowed. Please know that cell phones should only be used during participant free time (generally meals, early morning and late evening.) Most cell phones will have reception. Internet access is not available and participants should leave personal computers at home.

Schedule
You should be prepared to be engaged in learning during your entire week at The LeaderShape Institute. You can view a general schedule for the week below. You will be provided with a more detailed schedule once your session begins.
Travel
You need to arrive at the Connors Center Family Retreat and Conference Center no later than 3:00 p.m. on Sunday to register and check into your room. The session will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. that afternoon. You should expect to leave the conference center no earlier than 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
DRIVING
Please visit the Connors Center website http://www.bc.edu/offices/retreat/directions.html for detailed driving directions. We will be collecting your car keys when you arrive. This ensures safe keeping and that all participants stay on the grounds throughout the week.
FLYING
The closest airport is Logan International Airport (BOS). Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation from Logan International Airport to the Connors Center.The recommended shuttle service from the airport to the Connors Center is Boston Coach.
